GENERAL

I hope you feel comfortable in this space!
✦ By commissioning me, you agree to these terms and conditions.
✦ I reserve the right to refuse commission for any reason.
✦ PLEASE be patient. I'll do my best to finish your commission
and to make you feel satisfied and happy with my work.

PAYMENTS

✦ After receiving your order, your payment must be completed.
Once I received the full payment, I'll start working on your order.
✦I accept payment plans, but once you have made 100% of the payment
I will begin processing your order.

REVISIONS

✦You receive 4 revisions per commission. (Selection pose, main sketch, lineart and base colors)
✦I'll accept making small changes once given the final result,
if I missed any crucial detail of what you've requested. This is the only opportunity you can ask for changes.
✦Once you approve of the final results, you no longer can ask for any changes.
✦Important: I'll make only three free changes, before has a extra charging.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

✦For EACH commission it takes me approximately one month to two months.
(The artist must communicate any delays to the client should it occur.)
✦If for whatever reason you need the commission to be
completed sooner than excepted, please mention it in the form.
✦I ask for a lot of patience, I would greatly appreciate it.

USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

✦All commissions are for personal use only.
✦Don't use the commission in any NFT/IA/Crypto purposes
Of course, I make orders for commercial use, PLEASE discuss it with me in case you want this service.
✦I retain full copyright ownership of any artwork produced in the commission,
and the client will not have any claim to the artwork's copyright.
✦I have every right of the work to be posted on social media, portfolio, and any other content related activity.
✦The client may use the art produced in any way as long as it is not for monetary purposes or used commercially.
✦Should the client require full copyright to the work, please refer to commercial commission instead in privated.*

REFUNDS

✦The client will not receive a refund if the commission has
already made progress or has been delivered.

COMMUNICATION

✦Please be clear, it is the responsibility of you (customer/client)
to provide as much detail as possible to avoid any miscommunication or misdirection.
